For baking pancakes using banana first you need to take 2 ripen bananas into a bowl and mash them well with a fork or any other instrument according to your convenience until its texture is smooth, now add an egg, cup of milk, extracted vanilla, 2 tbsp of maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, mix all the ingredients very well.
