- Boneless lamb, 900 grams
- Olive oil, ¼ cup
- Chopped mint, ¾ cup
- Garlic cloves crushed, 30
- Butter, ½ cup
- Large onion chopped
- Uncooked mini spiral pasta, 1 cup
- Bulgur wheat, 2 cups
- Meat broth, 2 cups
Steps To Prepare
1- Combine the lamb with garlic, vinegar, mint, and oil in a large resealable plastic bag, shake it, and refrigerate for about 7-8 hours.
2- In a large pan, melt butter and add chopped onion and pasta saute for some time until the pasta gets a brown color.
3- Add bulgur and stir well. Then, add water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes.
4- Remove pan from the heat and let cool for five minutes. Then, fluff with a fork or spoon.
5- Take out the refrigerated lamb and drain the marinade.
6- Shape the minced lamb into kabobs and grill on wooden skewers for 8-10 minutes, until they are nicely cooked. Remember to turn while grilling. Serve them with the cooked pilaf.

Creamy Dilled Cucumber Salad
This is a classic Norwegian salad which is very easy and simple to make but also has a very unique taste. For this, the ingredients required consist of the following.
- English cucumber sliced thinly, 2
- Salt, 1 tbs
- Onion, ¼ cup
- Sour cream, 1 ½ cup
- Fresh dill finely chopped, ¼ cup
- White vinegar, 2 tbs
- Crushed garlic cloves, 2
- Sugar, one teaspoon
- Grounded black pepper, one teaspoon
- Take a big bowl and put the finely sliced cucumbers. Sprinkle some salt on it and toss for some time. Then, keep it aside for some time.
- After 15 minutes, squeeze the cucumbers with a paper towel and tap dry.
- Take another large bowl and mix the remaining ingredients. Add the cucumber and mix well for some time. Then, refrigerate for some time.
